To be successful in acquiring investment funds, investors requires a sound business plan, which should be straight and to the point, with detailed financial projections. Investors wants to see what you are going to do, what will it cost, what will be the return, how will you market it and what will be your exit strategy. It is a map to follow and an estimation of what may or can happen. The detailed plan typically includes some of the following key subjects.

HOW IT WORKS

To get started we require all applicants to fill out the form below including with their Business Plan. Additionally, we also provide BUSINESS PLAN preparation services if you do not have one ready. Please click HERE FOR MORE DETAILS.

Once you have filled out your form please submit it with your business plan to us. A.F.I.T.S LLC Management Team will review the information on your Application form and Business Plan. If the board decides to move forward in seeking investment funding, applicant will have to pay a $50.00 processing fee to get started. An e-mail notification will be sent to you if this is the case.

Once the $50.00 processing fee has been paid, A.F.I.T.S LLC will coordinate each and every phase of this process until a match is made and interested investors are found. However before direct contact is made between the investors and the entrepreneurs, an agreement with A.F.I.T.S LLC will have to be agreed upon for payment of services which can either be a flat rate or a commission base fee. Payment will only be made to us upon closing or signing of contract between an investor and applicant. If no deal is made or contract is not signed we don’t get paid, as simple as that. We’re one of the few investment brokers that can make that commitment today.
